Caracas is Venezuela’s capital city and also home to some of the best doctors the country has. I recommend Caracas for more specialised surgery due to the outstanding doctors and clinics. They have pioneering surgeons such as Dr David, who specialises in corrective surgery such as secondary and tertiary rhinoplasties (nose jobs) and has recently travelled to Las Vegas to teach two conferences there.  Caracas has some very modern architecture and historical buildings. One of the main attractions of this city is the Avila Mountain and tourists can go up this in a cable-car and take in the breathtaking view of this cosmopolitan city from 7000 feet. Caracas also boasts huge, modern shopping centres and a colourful night life. However, Valencia is more ideal for the combination of state-of the-art surgery with a tropical holiday.
